The Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) is a mandatory exam for candidates who want to become teachers in government and government-aided schools of Punjab. Conducted by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), PSTET assesses a candidate’s teaching aptitude, subject knowledge, and understanding of child development.

What is PSTET?

PSTET is conducted for two levels:

• Paper I – For candidates aspiring to teach Classes I to V
• Paper II – For candidates aspiring to teach Classes VI to VIII
