ABOUT THE BDS LAL CHAND CHE. & EDU. EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY
With a mission to provide quality technical ,management ,arts ,job oriented education for promoting the entrepreneurial culture in the North West region of India, the BDS LAL CHAND charitable & Educational Society was established in the year 2009 under the able guidance of a great missionary and visionary Mr. Navroop Kumar , presently the Managing Director of New Tech Group Of Education ,Rayya. He believes that value based education can build a great nation and work as an effective tool to strengthen the foundation and status of any society. Apart from this, he believes that growth of any economy, to a great extent, depends upon the educated work force of that country – as it is this force that have the capabilities to explore and execute new ideas, techniques and technologies for the growth and development of a country. According to him, these educated people do work as frontiers to spread the message of love, humanity and morality among the students, which is, at present also, the real need of today’s professional education world.
In a short span of time with his focused approach and objectivity in mind, the BDS LAL CHAND CHER. & EDU. SOCIETY under his dynamic leadership had made a permanent niche in the educational sector of the country and it is the most sought after educational destination for thousands of students of not only this region but also from other regions .
This Society in a short period of time emerged as a NEW TECH GROUP OF EDUCATION, presently successfully managing professional institutions in its well designed campuse at rayya..
This group presently is a multi-faculty educational group running all type of technical , Management, Hotel Management and Airlines and Tourism Courses etc .

MD’S MESSAGE
As we all know all That Indian education system is one of the largest and most ancient ones in the world. It has been working wonderfully & producing well educated people for the past several years. Introducing reforms in our present education system in India will certainly go a long way in transforming the destiny of young minds of the country. Especially the sizable allocation made in budget this year promoting primary & higher education in India shows that there is going to be complete revolution in our Indian education system in the year to come. Apart from this the use of multimedia & digital technology in teaching is not only helping to develop higher order thinking skills among our students but has also made learning process a highly interactive, exciting & enjoyable. We being in the teaching profession for the last many years well understand that every student has certain career goals to achieve in his life. Students keep dreaming to realize their goals but they don’t know how to make them true in real sense in their in life. At the same time, many students come under the influence of their relations or friends in the matter of deciding of their career goals and are wrongfully pushed to those streams which don’t match with their attitude & skills. Keeping this in mind, NEW TECH group of educations, Rayya train students for acquiring information & knowledge about themselves, the labor, market opportunities, finding the right match for them, being pro-active and ultimately making it happen We prepare students to know their strengths, weaknesses so that they can match them with the opportunities and threats available in the world. I strongly feel technical education provides can go longer afford to be merely institutions of academic learning because they are forced to address emotional problems affecting may pupils. So it become vital that our member of faculty should be given adequate training in emotional intelligence as they are the role models and shapers of the nation.
